About Us
We started breeding through inheritance, meaning that we inherited our first Griffon, Burly's Lucky Lady in 2016. Her former owner, Paul Burlingame was a dear friend of our family who had intended to breed her, but sadly passed away before he was able to do so.
When Sean and I were married in 2013, Paul had said part of our wedding present would be a pup from her first litter. We didn't get the pup he promised, but we did get Lady. Even though we're not able to thank him now, his legacy lives on through our name, and the name of every pup that carries the Burly-Murr prefix.

Dog breeding and lanyard making are done on the side as Sean works full time as a cabinet installer and I am a full time stay at home mom raising our 3 daughters; Addie (5), Olivia (3) and Emmerly (17 months).

Sean's roots and family, including his beautiful daughter Sadie are in or near Green Bay, WI

We are involved at our local church and love our family at Calvary Church at Village Green in Moorhead.

Sean and I share a few hobbies including fishing, golfing, whelping puppies and building lanyards. We also love to watch Stranger Things, This is Us and clean comedians. Two of our favorites are Michael Jr. and Jim Gaffigan.

Whether we're raising children, breeding Griffs or selling lanyards, we strive to do everything for the glory of God.
Psalm 127:1a: Unless the LORD builds the house, those who build it labor in vain.
We believe that we're here for a purpose, and the last thing we want is to just "do stuff". When we keep the Lord in the center, everything we do is an act of worship.

Of all the outdoor activities Sean enjoys, his favorite is duck hunting. Our dogs are bred to be pointers, but they also love to retrieve.

I have been a horse crazy girl since I can remember and have just recently started riding again. Morgans are my favorite!
